Following a proper diet meal plan can help you to reduce weight. Obesity is a major problem of modern world and if a person remains obese for long, many diseases will come automatically into his body. At breakfast, you can have half cup dry oatmeal with half cup frozen blueberries properly cooked in water. During cooking, one can add a scoop of flavored protein powder and it should be properly stirred after cooking. A person will take only 3 minutes to prepare the dish in the microwave. For a low calorie breakfast, one can go for egg white only as it has only 17 calories.

A proper diet meal plans will always suggest around 400 calories for lunch. You can have grilled chicken with Caesar salad and it can have some dressing of low fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing. You will relish a small vanilla ice cream at the end of this meal. This meal will come up to around 400 calories and you can safely have it.

You may feel hungry during daytime in between the meals and you can have snacks worth 100 calories. For low calorie snacks, you can have 10 almonds or 3 cups of air popped popcorn with two rice cakes. You will feel nice if you can take 6 to 8 ounces of orange juice. It is not only tasty, but will also make you feel refreshing.

A proper diet meal plan says to take 500 calories at dinner. One can have fish, beef and chicken with all the fat removed from the body. Along with this, one can have some green vegetables and one whole grain bread. If you want to go for a tasty dinner, you can have a 6 ounce boiled chicken breast with a cup of broccoli followed by an apple.

If you are suffering from diabetes, your diet meal plans will be slightly different from a non-diabetic person. In such cases, the diet should be balanced one and see that the blood glucose level remains within the normal range. Such diets will have less quantity of sugar and carbohydrates than a normal diet.
